Fashion Show at the Beverly Hills Hotel
Lloyd Klein closed LA Fashion Week for Fall Winter 2011/2012, as the featured designer at the "Accessories for Success" annyuual fashion luncheon at the Beverly Hills Hotel.The event was organized by and for the benefit of the Guild of Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Southern California. Elizabeth Berkley and Pam Dawber, two of the organization's long time volunteer Big Sisters, acted as hosts for the afternoon. LKLA | "A New Line is Born"
Lloyd Klein creates and launches a diffusion fashion label called, LKLA | Lloyd Klein Los Angeles. The new lifestyle-driven collection is initially created as an apparel extension focused on sportswear for women and men designed with a competitive price-point for retail to be sold in better department stores in the designer category. The collection is imbued with the same DNA characteristic of the couture line, "clean lines, classic in style and sophisticated workmanship." Its inspiration is derived from the desirable Los Angeles area lifestyle which he refers to as, "the Southern California Riviera".

El Paseo Fashion Week
For it's second appearance on the runways at El Paseo Fashion Week, the brand presented it's new LKLA Sportswear Collection (for women) in combination with the "Best of Couture" to an audience of over 1,200 guests. The day following the show, the company held a lucrative trunk show and sales event, marking it as the most successful single day sales since before 9/11. Hotties on Ducati's
The Spring 2013 LKLA sportswear line was previewed by showing the collection at an interctive event staged at Hollywood's LURE Nightclub. The evening was titled "Hotties on Ducati's" and had models wearing the new line riding into the club on Ducati motorbikes to highlight the moto-gear inpsired collection. Several of the designer's celebrity muses served as Event Hosts. Among them were: AnnaLynne McCord, Chaka Khan, Sofia Milos and Janice Dickinson. The event also doubled as Lloyd Klein Film's premiere party for the newly released short film entitled, "Success Driven". Overseas Expansion
The company divested a majority stake in several of its diffusion labels to overseas investors. The agreement included a 10 year investment strategy, estimated to be valued at $377 million at the end of its's term. At the same time, divisions for licensing and collaborations are announced. The brand is now home to several diffusion labels including Lloyd Klein, Lloyd Klein Beverly Hills, LKLA and a proposed high-end children’s apparel line to hang for retail as "Baby Lloyd".

February 2013
An eyewear collection is launched for retail and on-line sales. It's the first of many unique collaborations that the brand is inking. This venture, partners the designer with retro-eyewear manufacturer, Ivory+Mason Eyewear.

"Celebrity Fashion Designer Lloyd Klein, who’s dressed Hollywood stars like Naya Rivera and Jennifer Love-Hewitt collaborated with eyeware brand, Ivory + Mason to create a line perfect for transitioning from one season to the next. The frames have a clean aesthetic and come in three different colors and styles inspired by Hollywood legends: Marlon Brando and Marilyn Monroe.

Fashion Icon Award
Lloyd Klein received the prestigious FASHION ICON award for his significant contribution to international fashion at a ceremony held in Los Angeles. Appearing for the first time in public, completely bald, the used the opportunity to announce the reason for his bald head. He bravely told his stunned audience that he was undergoing a regimen of chemotherapy and radiation to resolve his battle with Lymphoma Cancer diagnosed on December 16, 2013.
Lloyd Klein was quoted during his acceptance speech saying:
“I will not let this hold me back
from doing the thing I love most, Fashion.”

Lloyd Klein receives a clear bill of health and is declared in remission from Lymphoma, as a result of his chemotherapy and radiation treatments, Finally after a year of hiatus from the atelier his next challenge is to regain his full health and take some well deserved rest.

10th Anniversary of El Paseo Fashion Week
The Holiday 2015/16 collection is celebrated on the runway with El Paseo Fashion Week's 10th Anniversary. The annual Coachella Valley fashion week program is widely considered to be the West Coast's largest and most prolific fashion celebration surpassing even it's neighbor, LA. This marked the brands third appearance at El Paseo. The capsule of the 2015 Holiday Collection was presented at this show. More from this event as well as a look at the runway.
